| This objective has the largest exit pupil of the range and is, therefore, particularly useful for investigations in the infrared where energy levels are often quite low. Many applications will utilize this objective with incident illumination, or with self-luminous objects if work is being done in a high temperature environment. The exceptionally long working distance of the objective (24mm) makes it specially valuable for work with furnaces or dewar vessels.
