The M450 Epimacroscope is a low power compound microscope with a built on vertical illuminator a zoom objective with a zoom ratio of 5:1. The working distance remains constant at 35mm. Magnification is from 6.3 to 32x. The M450 comboines highest resolution, flatness of field and vertical illumination. Using the built-in, rotatable quarter-wave plate one can distinguish between, a short in the metallization of IC circuits and organic contaminents sitting on top. This microscope is also valuable in photoresist and diffusion, waferprobing, saw and scribe operations, die attachement and inspection, inspection of ceramic substrates, failure inspection and analysis. |
