Ed Byers 7 1/2" drive gear 360-1 ratio with stainless steel motorized worm gear. The worm gear is driven by a Compumtor microstepper (no electronics). The Byers drive gear was modified by McBain Instruments for use in a precision wafer stepper. The worm drive includes precision stainless steel coupling. This item is fully functional. |
