Fine ground zerodur blank 21 3/4" x 5 1/8" x 2 1/2" thick as measured by tape measure. More accurate measurements can be determined by calipers. The blanks were from Lawrence Livermore lab and class 2 Stria or better, fine annealed and fine ground to 80 grit or better. This high quality substrate was probably meant to be one of 2-axis mirrors in a large interferometer stage. |
