This Bio-Rad Scatterometer is functional but we don't know if it is complete. It includes:
X - Y Stage with 8" x 8" Travel, Renishaw scales and crossroller bearings
40 mw HeNe laser
Burle Video camera
JVC video monitor
MGC optical movement motor with Pittman optical encoder for mirror movement,
4 Facet Scanner
light source and fiber optic cable
Various other optics, slides and mechanisms that make up the scatterometer mechanisms and optics. The entire unit is mounted on a heavy duty Vere table with an aluminum I-beam frame. Please check photos and Email us if you have questions. The cosmetic condition is good. This was unused stock but has not been tested.
